Refund Policy

At LipSyncPro.ai, we are committed to delivering high-quality lip-syncing services tailored to your content needs. Please review our refund policy carefully to understand the terms under which refunds may be issued.
1. Service Plans and Pricing
LipSyncPro.ai offers three distinct service plans based on the total minutes of content:

Basic Creator Plan: $9.99 per minute of lip-syncing.

YouTuber Plan: $8.99 per minute for a minimum of 30 minutes of content.

Filmmaker Plan: $7.99 per minute for a minimum of 8 hours of content.
2. Refundable Initial Payment for YouTuber Plan
For clients opting for the YouTuber Plan, the following process applies:

Initial Minute of Service: When a client requests the YouTuber Plan for a project of 30 minutes or more, they pay $8.99 for the first minute of lip-syncing. This payment is refundable, and the completed minute will be delivered with a watermark of LipSyncPro.ai for review.

Review and Decision: The client reviews the watermarked minute and decides whether to proceed with the full service. If the client chooses not to proceed, the $8.99 payment for the initial minute is refundable. If the client chooses to proceed, they will pay for the remaining 29 minutes (29 x $8.99 = $260.71), at which point the work becomes non-refundable.
Example:
A client submits a 30-minute video for the YouTuber Plan. They pay $8.99 for the first minute of lip-syncing, which is delivered with a watermark. If the client decides not to continue after reviewing the sample, the $8.99 is refunded. If they choose to continue, they pay an additional $260.71 for the remaining 29 minutes, which is non-refundable.
3. No Refund Policy on Full Service
Once the client approves the initial watermarked minute and pays for the remaining service, the payment is final. We do not offer refunds or credits for any partially completed or fully completed services beyond the initial refundable minute.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
While our policy is to not issue refunds after the initial payment, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you believe there has been an error in the service or a significant issue that warrants a refund, please contact us at info@lipsyncpro.ai. Each case will be reviewed on an individual basis, but please note that refunds are not guaranteed.
